Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am married and having one baby girl of 6 years and as the matrimonial cases being filed by me and criminal cases filed by my wife is currently pending with the courts for final judgement which may take so long. In such cases what should I do ? Should I wait for the final judgement and if in such cases I am going to get married again what would be the pros and cons ?

Please suggest what should I do next, either must wait for judgement which may took next 5-7 years or go with my further plans.
