Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam
I have been to U.S on R1 visa in year 2005 which was valid for 5 years
(2005-2010) with multiple entries.
I got I-94 for 3 years but due to some reasons I was unable to leave U.S.
I came to India in year 2010 month of June.
Now my girl friend who is U.S citizen who is working as executive with good job & has earning
around 50.000$ U.S dollars wants to marry me & get me back to U.S .
I also have religious institutions authorities who wants me to apply again for R1 visa .
could u please suggest me in it .

what suggestion you want. your girlfriends wants you there and religious institutions can help. you may apply for visa.
What was the time period granted to you at the Port of entry when you visited USA on R-1 visa 1st time ? Please clarify. I have a feeling you were granted 6 months visa to stay in USA . Anyway 5 years visa granted by American Embassy ,India means that you can travel to USA in These 5 years and not to stay there for 5 years. Please get back with your answer maybe i'll help you to get you a V visa and subsequently green card ,if your girl friend marries you.
