Dear Sir/Madam,
My wife went to her parent�s home to attending her parent�s side relative�s marriage on 07-03-2012. After six days from the above said date my wife�s uncle called on my mobile and he said that your wife is not interesting to live with you. Now, they are harassing me like you have been rapping my daughter, if you don�t pay us Rs. 5 lakhs we will put-up a dowry harassment case on you.
Please give me your valuable precaution to take care of myself.

visit them and talk to yr wife. Try to solve family disputes if possible before allowing for divorce. if not possible, let them file a case. No precaution required legally.
Do you want tom Divorce your wife ? Please clarify.
such kind of threats amount to extortion. first you decide whether you want your wife back or want to divorce her. come back with your decision and you be guided accordingly.

if u want to live together then file case of restitution fo conjugal rights else u will be in trouble.
