Sister married around 14 yrs bk in a joint family.she is having two daughters ages 12yrs & 14 yrs,no son.In laws torturted her in many ways, but she never complaints about this, around 3-4 year bk they poured kerosin oil on her and on the two daughters , to sign some documents which she refused,MLC having but not mentioning that it is poured by the husband as it was becoming a legal requirement, she just get her treatment , then later on she got to know that her false ITRs were filled at False address up to 2008 with a maximum amount 0f Rs 132000.Then in very planned manner in the year2005, they forced her to do some astrology course, just allow her to do 3 months course although it�s a six month course, and later on in a very planned they gave her advertisements mentioning the husband number, and further hired a detective and creates proof against her as she is out for dealing with the suppliers and clients from whom she purchased the material and also create a number of client list, although whatever she earns they will snatch it from her .on the other hand Publically in relatives and other senses creates her whole image very worst. They also recorded her conversation as well in which they all create conspiracies, planning with the help of sister in law and father in law, jijaji and husband himself. when my sister heard all those recordings she thought she lost everything as how in a planned manner they filled her ITR and ask her to do course, and then break the course in between, allow her to go outside only on Sundays, then back her up with the help of the detectives and send the photographs of her with different persons through courier and gave her so many tensions . She beard all the cruelties but when the father in law try to molest the elder daughter of the sister, she finally decided to approach the hon,ble court, which the same is happened with the sister also , and she drink the PHENEYOL and try to finish her life around 8 yrs bak, the same was repeated on the elder sister. Whereas the husband earns a huge amount of money which he directly transferred in his mothers account, fathers account and later on transfer it in his own account. Although he is having a big amount of bank entries but transfer it from the own family members account. He invested big amount of money in chit funds. on the other hand sister is having a single bank account, with no transactions, and one joint account with the husband which is duly operated by the husband itself. Now before deciding the Interim Manitainance the court demanded the ITR and Statement of account of both the parties for last five years.
Query 1. The ITRs were duly signed by the sister itself, which in totally was false.
Query 2. What about the Recordings done by them, how to present them in the Honble Court,was there
Any charges for that, and who will bear the cost, how long it will take time to prove that it was

When she aged 14-15 years (not mentioned in the complaint as she is unmarried)

Rs 270000 Assement year 2010-11 , now what to do, on the other hand sister ITR was filled
Upto 2008 with a maximum amount of Rs 132,000/-

Husband want to marry to a big in order to get huge dowry, he openly challenged the sister that the court and you will bouhnd her for just 2 years and after theat he will legally alligable for the divorce and after 4 years the small amount of maintaince will automatically stops as the elder daughter will cross 18 years.

you have an option to file a complaint under domestic violence act and also seek maintenance u/s 125 crpc. to work out such option, you may have to hire a lawyer who help you fight for your rights.
