Legal Question in Family Law in India

dear Sir/madam,

When my ex-wife and I got divorce, the court made an arrangement saying that our two children would spend equal time with both the parents (we did not fight for their custody). The court also ordered me to pay their educational expenses. The school, my elder child is going to for the last 2 yrs, is very poor in academics. i asked for her opinion about changing his school. She adamantly responded to my mail saying that he would continue going to the same school. She wants to pull out as much money from me as possible in the name of children's education as the fees for that school is very high. I don't mind spending on my children's education but at the same time the school should be good. She is also forcing me to put the younger one in the same school.

Q1. Now that I have already informed her about my plan to change my child's school, can I admit him in some other school, with/without her knowledge?

Q2. Can she file a case saying that I should have paid for the same school? And, can she legally force me to admit the other child in the school where I don't want to put him?

Q3. As i'm paying for my children's education, do I have the right to decide their school/college?

Q4. i am planning to file the case for full-custody. Can she use my decision of putting the kids in a different school against me?

Q5. If i admit my sons in my choice's school, what proof do i need to prove my decision right in the court (if she files a case)?

i have a few mails written to the principal of the school wherein I have pointed towards the poor academics of the school.
