Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir/mam,

I m christian guy married with a same religion girl in year Oct.2004 in india, seperated in just two months & got divorce on stamp paper aggrement by notary. After few months i came to know to get official divorce from the family court so i have filed petition under the divorce act 1869 section 10 ,under grounds of desertion and crulty, bcuz she deserted me and took notary divorce and also took all her belongings and money from me. Now after 5 years she has filed 498 & DV against me High court has quased the same against my family due to time barring, but its still pending against me in trial court, she has done other false cases which we have taken as a ground of crulty ,the witnesses are her own parents and uncles. She is a Govt employee earning 25000/- pm, She is delaying all the cases intentionally just to ruin my life. I want to marry again but i am waiting for the family court order which is pending since last 10 months in ahmedabad, the arguments were done before 10 months and the judge giving the date for order but he is giving excuses all the time,MY QUESTION IS WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY DIVORCE ORDER BCUZ I AM WAITING SINCE LAST 10 MONTHS.

You cant do anything now as your lawyer has argued the matter and the matter is listed for orders . Wait for the judgment/order from the court.
