dear sir/mam,
my wife claim u.s.125 cr.p.c on me, currently i am jobless, i am getting offer, should i go through it or stop for frist hearing
plz. suggest

125 will be decided as per ur income. Rest u r the better judge or ur counsel can guide u propely.

If first hearing is before your joining date you are jobless but know that an offer is on hand and if you have decided to join employment cannot and should not plead joblessness in court.
Better u pay 125 CRPC as the amount there is small when compared to other process which ur wife may take.
