Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir

My 125 case is going on in westbangal. today Dt 12.04.12 judge order intreme maintenance of Rs 2000/Month to my 498 type wife. I live in Haridwar(Uttarakhand) and Serampore , Dist Hoogli (westbengal) court order me to deposit this amount on monthly basis to this court.

For me it is very difficult and expensive for me to deposit this amount by travelling a long distance of more than 1400 KM(From haridwar to seramopre westbengal). so plz kindly advise me how to deposit this amount to court without travelling this long distance.

you may file application to deposit the amount in bank account or pay in 6 monthly/yearly installments.
