Dear Sir,
my divorce was finalise almost 1 years before child custody of my 3years son is given to me until the age of 18 years he will be taken care by his grandparents monthly allowance rs 2000 given by his father but from last three months we are not received the amount and from last one year even father not come to see his child or he is not at all intersed in child even not talk to him or not want to meet him or see him i tryed very much that divorce is happen between us atlest there is no mistake of child but useless .Now what shuld further procedure i have to follow for allowance amt or if he don't want to child at all then when should i remmary i want my son is adapted by whomever i want if he don't need child then i don't want his name with his child.What is the procedure?

File an application for not giving maintanance to you and plead for recovery accordingly.

(a) You cannot remarry without getting divorce.
(b) You cannot give your child in adoption with his father's consent.
(c) You may claim maintenance as also damages from your husband under D.V.A.
