Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dear Sir,
My father died on 2nd June 2010.only after 2years (in 2012) we come to know that he had made registered will in the name of second wife which is not legally wedded .my mother is legal wedded having four child including me she is getting pension benefit. We have notice that the will is made 2 months before my fathers death, and 1 month after father get admitted to the hospital due to paralysis attack. By proving my mother as legal wife can the will get cancelled or please advice other ways so that we can stand stronger

Was the property ancestral or self acquired by your father? In case of self acquired property your father has a right to dispose the same in favour of anybody, even a stranger.
