dear sir,

my friend is belongs to OBC cast..is there any relaxation for OBC cast to made divorce by 100rs.stamp paper?

her wife is not ready to give consent for 13 b decree....so now is there 7b right option ?

is 7b is worthfull or useless?

he is safe with stamp paper? if her wife challenge this divorce can my friend show this stamp paper as a proof.
