Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir,

My husband has shown computer generated pay-slip which has [correct company] but wrong joining date & salary of 16000/- as salary proof in court,bt at the time of marriage [2007]we were told 20,000/- salary of him & same company he has been working till date.

i m not working from last 6 months & staying with my parents from last 1.5 years.

Can we ask for form-16 A for actual salary proof...?

His family is cruel in nature they will not do any settlement of maintainence too easily.

yes ask for form 16 A and ask the court to issue witness summons to companies accounts/ personnel dept authorities.
