Dear sir,
My question is regarding the interim and final maintainence amount .My husband is in Australia and his annual salary is approximately 80 lacks .My father is retired.How much amount the court can order in the interim maintainence and how much in the final maintainance.?and if can plesae send me the High Court ruling/link with regard to the maintainence amount.

You may be entitled to a decent standard of living as per the standard of your husband at the time of separation; keeping this in mind, you may claim approximately rupees fifty thousand per month as maintenance.
