Dear sir

my 3 question below is not a repeated question. kindly reply me

Q1 for not making wife pregnent, does it count as a crualty to wife ?

in court, I shows my willingness to live with her and she refuses it because she is unable to become mother of my child. as per the high court and suprem court order if wife leave her matrimonial home without any sufficient reason then she will not liable to pay any type of maintenance

Q2 does this law follow in my case to prevent me from paying maintenance?

Q3 if yes then how much does i need to pay her?

court has been given wide discretion to interpret the words without any sufficient reason(Cause).

so if the court decides in your favour then you will not have to pay anything.
