Dear Sir,
My wife had file a DV case against me and already get the interim relief of our girl child (2 yr old) through the court judicial order. I want to know if judge finally conclude that there is no domestic violence, in such case can I get the custody of my child back i.e. reversal of interim relief order.
Further, whether court give any penalty to my wife for harassing me by filing false case against me.

even if she loses the DV case, you may not get the custody of the child unless you apply for it by filing a petition for custody before the district judge.
