Dear Sir
my wife file 498 against me and my family members two year before but we compromised the case after payed her 6 lakhs(we have a valid proof of it). after 6 months she married without a divorce a nother guy. then we filed FIR in police, now police taking action in very slowly.....but she and her mother filed case of Divorce against cruelity and 125 maintainance.....what can i do now. How can i release from it? Please suggest immedeately.

If u r with valid proof of her second marriage then she do not claim any thing and for more clarification u can call m

Whatever you have stated in your question is true then have lot of remedies available to get out this imbroglio and can also set the criminal action in motion against your wife too.

in case she marriage without obtaining divorce, the second marriage is null and void and she can be held liable for bigamy. when you paid 6 lacs, did u get the f.i.r also quashed or not? see a lawyer in person with all the documents for aggressively tackling the situation.

hire a good lawyer and defend yourself. If you can prove her second marriage without divorce than she can be held for offence of Bigamy.

she is liable for bigamy. but whether u signed any compromise deed while paying 6 lacs then u can save yourself else very tough to save from maintenance.
