Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir
My wife filed 498a, dv against me. At presently she filed crp125. For proofing my innocence I need some evidence proof. One of my evidence proof is related to the past cancel ticket of my father in law. Before 1 and half year ago My father in law cancel two times of ticket journey from haridwar to howra in between one month. This certified copy of cancel tickit is very essential evidence for me.
For getting this certified copy of this tickit I go to the CSR Delhi, I also filed RTI, where they said that they can give certified copy only to first party only. They do not give it to the third party. They also tell me that this record will be destroyed after 3 year. It means only 1 year left.
So kindly tell me that is there any provision in the court that court may order them or help me inorder to get that certified copy of that ticket. Which is very essential for me.

you can ask for summoning the official of CSR for production of Document by applying in the court

You should start sending her a reasonable amount, pro rated with your income, towards maintenance without waiting for any court order.
