Dear sir

My wife filed 498a, dv against me. At presently she filed crp125. I got section 9 degree and I also file its execution. Does section 9 degree cancel her crp 125 intreme maintenance.

you can avail the same as defence in Sec 125 Crpc case

No. It does not absolve you of the allegations. It may be better for you to start sending her some reasonable amount towards maintenance without waiting for court orders.
