Dear sir

My wife filed a false FIR in seelampur (West Bengal) police station on his home town that on Sunday Dt. 07.08.11. i along with my father and with few men go to his home then we beaten and threatning her and I forced her and to her mother and father for signed on a blank document. she and her parent also produce a fake medical certificate in supporting with her FIR. this all information is written in the court summon which i get. the court summon is in bengaly but my father translate it from bengali to hindi.

but the truth is that I belong to haridwar (Uttarakhand). on Saturday Dt 06.08.11 & Monday Dt. 08.08.11. i and my father attain Govt Job in BHEL Haridwar (Uttarakhand). My and my father's attaindence is from 07Am to 04 PM.

Q1 So does the judge believe that, I with my father go on sunday from haridwar to seelampur and collect few person and then beaten and threaten my wife with her family then return back to haridwar. does it possible.

in that court summon, they also write that after my marriage my father (in punjab) telephoned me and suggest me that I should start torchering my wife for giving dowry of Rs 50,000. So I torcher and threat my wife several time for bringing Rs 50,000.

But the truth is that in that time my father�s per month salary is Rs 80,000. And her father�s salary is 1500/month and her mother selling cloth in road. And my salary is 28000 per month. Then why my father suggest me to trcher her for bringing Rs 50,000 from her father who is a very poor and lower status from us.

Q 2 So my question is does the judge believe that my father suggest me for torchering my wife for only Rs 50,000. Is it possible? Though my father�s salary is much more than her father.

during my marriage my wife's father shown golden ornament of near about 75 gm to my father. if it is true then definitely they have the real bill of that. but my father does not take a single piece of it, nor they demand for it. during my marriage my wife wear the golden ornament of near about 30 gm. i have photograph of that. but in 498a complain he mentioned that i and my father kept her 75 gm golden ornament.

so plz tell me,

Q3 Does real bill of gold proves dowry taken by husband? does judge believe on seeing that original bill of that ornament and then he direct me and my father to return that ornament to wife? though we do not take a single piece of gold ornament.

My another problem is related to my neighbourhood. is that. One of my neighborhood�s wife has illegally capture the land of road infront of my gate and make boundary wall. For this case I and my father complain to police and city magistrate. My other 3 neighbour hood who also do some illegal construction of their home, threat my father and me for filing complain against the illegal capturing of road infront of my gate. They threat us that they file a complaint in mahila ayog that I with my father was illegally sexual harresing the daughter of our neighborhood. They also threating us that they can involve us in some sexual harresment case with the elder daughter of our neighborhood. They also threat us that they can gave false witness against us and my father in the court of seerampore relating to our matrimonial issue.

Q4 So, Kindly suggest us what should I do now ?
