dear sir,

my wife filled false dowry compaliend against me and my family member in women cell now she want to divorce with me so what can i do against her self because her father claim on me false claim they want to money how i can handle themselve pls suggest me

you need to fight the case and in case you do not want to give divorce, it would be difficult for her getting the same. hire a good matrimonial lawyer n fight it out.
