dear sir
my wife left her matrimonial home on sept 2010i filed RCR on april 2011. later on after few days my wife file 498A and CRP 125 against my father and me. i got ex party order of My RCR on Nov 2011.
in my CRP 125 session court judge order intreme maintenance of Rs 2000. when i apeal to Dist court about this intreme maintenance then Dist court initially order maintenance of Rs 800 till the intreme maintenance case is pending in dristict court.so i have 2 question to you
Q1 what is the probablity of judge to order high intreme maintenance?
Q2 is my RCR will be helpful to reduce this maintenance?
