Dear Sir,
My wife has put a petition in family court under ORIGINAL SUITE asking for maintenance of 30000/- per month plus 5,00,000/- for past maintenance in addition to it the litigation expences of 50000/-.She has also paid the required fees in the court.How will this case stand.Kindly reply.
Experts say that this case is more dangerous than D.V and 125 as she can attach the properties for the recovery and also as she has paid the court fees of 7.5% the judges will also not close the case and it will prolong.They can also go on adding the IA every time.Anybody having the idea of OS please come out.

she is asking for maintenance but the court has not granted the same as yet. how can the lawyers suggest that it is a dangerous case as you would be getting an opportunity to rebut her allegations and prove your defence. better fight the case and you may have favourable ruling.
