Legal Question in Family Law in India

dear sir,

one of my friend got divorce on 100rs.stamp paper..he belongs to rajshtan.and by cast he is prajapati.

does indian law accept this kind of divorce? is there any law in which customery divorce is legal...and cant be challenged?

Kindly help me.

u need to seek divorce through the court of law as such divorce is not recognized.
