Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

Please advise once an FIR is filed against elder abuse. what will happen ? What is the normal procedure/process involved? Specially if the elder in the case is not physically capable of moving. Can an FIR be filed over the phone ?

See. Anybody set criminal law in motion. In any matter too. Even a spectator can prefer complaint. Even u can prefer complaint by narrating the facts.
