Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir,

Recently i have filed RCR against my wife and its yet to come for hearing and my first hearing is on 22nd December in Chennai High court,

But my wife and in law are not interested to live with me , its good to prolong RCR or give mutual consent if they ask for divorce and also i have a one year old daughter whether i can take her with me , please give me a suggestion and also my wife had operated a brain tumor surgery at 10 years of age and knowing this i married her ,

please help me to solve this issue,

better sort this matter out for the sake of your one year old daughter. in case it is impossible to live without fighting, then you may go for divorce by mutual consent.
