Dear sir,
Recently i have filed RCR against my wife to come back and live with me
But they are seeking only for Divorce my question is
1. whether can i give mutual consent for divorce while have applied for divorce
2. If they agreed , should i need to pay any maintenance to my wife and my child.
Please clarify....
am so depressed as i sent wedding day gift through courier but they have refused to take it and returned back

Yes, you can file mutual divorce petition and before that you need to withdraw your RCR. Secondly, you can agree on certain maintenance in the mutual divorce petition itself. You should say to your wife that you are ready to give mutual divorce but you will not pay any maintenance.You can contact me for more help.
