Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dear Sirs,
My wife is financially poor ,unemployed and is currently staying at her relatives house and she also does not have a house in her name.
I just want to clarify visitation rights. Does that mean the right to visit our child at the court on a particular day or that any day going to her home to see her, sir?
Also, if I am not seeking divorce and she insists on that what will be probable outcome, sir?

Visitation rights means the right to visit your child. It is not in court. You can take your child outside and then at the end of the period you have to leave the child with the mother. Even if divorce is granted you can have visitation rights.
1. You should try to make her financially strong and independent. It would be better if you send her sufficient money for her maintenance.
2. The terms of visitation as to time, duration and place are normally fixed by the Guardian Court dealing with custody case. If not, you may apply to the Court concerned for clarification.
