Where is your brother and mother located ? (Mumbai) making a police complaint would be the right course at this juncture against your brother (But how when I am abroad ?. I also need to be sure this will not make things worse for my mother who is physically handicapped after a stroke) . Is your mother financially , physically dependent on your brother (no to both though he controls the finances and she has a day ayah to take care of her needs) Where is your father ?(he is deceased) Where are you located ?(in the Gulf) I have few more questions to ask you before i could give you my advice but answers these ones.(await your urgent advise).
