Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir,
thank you much for your response throug Lawguru.com. I and my wife made petition on mutual consent divorce Under 13B, HMA Sep 2010.IN SECOND MOTION she want to withdraw her consent.Beofre second motion she applied in court that is fraud and signature is managed in jan 2011.Her application is rejected.Now she will make false complaint against me in Police station.As well as she want money on monthly basis(She is demanding half salary) and dont want to come with mentally.She want to expand the case.I govt. employee what should i do.And i dont want to keep her due her unscruplous behavior
Pls help me.

File a contesting Divorce against her . And engage a good lawyer to defend you .
