Dear Sir,Thanks for your valuable suggestion for my past question.I have full proofs & confidence to attend their cross examination,But her advocate is trying to delay the proceedings.
Secondly,I feel i have a weak advocate?He always keeps quiet in the court?/always i only plead teh court that i'm ready to accept her ,if not to decide it??.
Now my worry is ,if my advocates cross examination is weak then everything goes in vain?will court allow me to ask questions in cross examination??will it be helpful ,or i should change the advocate at this point of time

can wife file for maintainance,when RCR filed by husband is going on.Wife rejected to rejoin the marital house.currently case is @ the stage of cross examination.Having a kid of 2 yrs old?
want her to rejoin ,else to settle ??but she is not agreeing for both??

Although there is no bar in filing the maintenance case but if she does that your RCR case will help you in establishing that she has been defying the marital obligation and living separately without any sufficient reason. In this way you can put a hold on her petition.
