Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

When my deserted me for 3 years I had filed divorce case and she has made an affedivit requesting interim maintenace of 25000/- per month. But I had left the job and iam solely depend on my father. I have no property and earnings. Please let me know what will be the consequence? what is the maximum alimony that court can order and interim maintenance?.

the maintenance is granted upon the capacity to earn as well even if you left the job. better start earning in order to pay the maintenance. however, it would depend upon your take home salary.
