Dear Sir,

Will you please let me know the number of abstentions allowed by the court to the complainant (mother of the boy) in a post divorse (by mutual consent) civil suit filed by mother of the boy against the girl alleging theft of golden ornaments pertaining to her.. What could be the out-come of the case?

in case the divorce by mutual consent is granted and the terms are settled, there could be no question of filing any such case after divorce. however, you may mention further facts.
