Legal Question in Family Law in India

dear uttam sir,

we filed a case against my brother,his wife and his inlaws under 147,452,323,506,427ipc, we have medical certificates frm govt. hospital,police dint put 307 ipc on them..after 2 days of our case they filed a fake dowry and dv case against my brother,my father and me..although my brother and his wife are staying together on rent near our residence only..in which direction this case will go.?
