Hi Dear,
I married and i want to remarry with another girl and my first wife knows it very well. she don't have any problem. and she is ready to give me No Objection Certificate. So please tell me that for my second wife future will NOC work? My first wife don't want to give me divorce. besides divorce she is ready to do anything. So please suggest that my second wife will be eligble for my property and is there any legal action which can spoil our lives ?

supposing you are not a muslim,you can be booked for bigamy and even if your wife gives you noc your second marriage will be void
you cannot remarry without divorce with the first wife
Your second marriage may not be legal from different angles; however, if your wife has no objection, you may avoid criminal action.
