Dears, on 4 october 2011 hearing of my anticipatory bail application. would my wife also present in court? is it necessary for me to appear in court personally?

you wife may be there in the court as the IO must have informed her of the date. which court u need to appear on 4th Oct. in the sessions court or the High Court?
