Dears,

I have been falsely accused under 498a and the DV act. The main intention to grab my properties.

She has applied for a stay on selling my property in the DV Act and I am uner life threat to transfer the property to her name / her father name. I have filed a complaint with police and they have registered an FIR u/s 420, 384 and 506 against them.

Now I want to make a will to secure my properties and investments. Can I make the will while these are pending with the court and can my wife / court object the validity of the will.

Please advise.

the stay is regarding the sale of properties but as you are the absolute owner of the properties, you can make a will of the same.
