Legal Question in Family Law in India

I decided to separate with my wife for 1 1/2 years because she is abusing the kindness of my family - she doesn't want to assist my old parents even if they are sick. I also have proof that she is talking bad things about my family to her sister and parents.
She also emailed several times her brother in law with the word, Love you and I love you.
I also found out from her emails to her sister that she never intended to work after marriage and just wants luxury life from me - and since the recession my salary is hardly enough for both of us and to support my parents.
Now she is back in Nagpur but is harassing my family and spreading news that I have prostitute girlfriend here in UAE which is not true. Iam working 10-12 hours a day so I could survive in my company while when she was here, she only enjoy eating, watching TV, surf the net and buy luxury things like expensive moisturisers, make-ups, nail polish and things plain housewives would not buy.
Please could you tell me the best approach to file divorce in Nagpur.
By the way, his first marriage proposal did not forego 1-week before her marriage to the first man .
I am the second man who accepted her proposal because i felt before she needed help. But now I found out later few weeks before my marriage to her that she only wants money.
3 months before my marriage to her, I was asking them to release me from the engagement, her father said marry her and he will take care of her - now they just dont want money - they want everything.
The false news they are spreading affects my parents' health.

best way if both parties are ready go for mutual consent divorce. if not file divorce on cruelty ground
