Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have decided to go for trial against a false 498A case that my wife has lodged against me. I have not agreed for a mutual divorce because i know i am innocent and the charges are not tenable in the court of law. There is no additional section or charge against me. There are no witnesses in the case, no medical proof of any torture and no direct evidence except for the statement of my wife and in-laws.I have already spent three weeks in jail. I wanted to know what might be the outcome of this? And what is the conviction rate of false 498A cases?

I agree with the above opinion. You should better consider an amicable out of court settlement to bring an end to your ordeal.
