Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have taken the decision of sec125 in jan 2011 my favor by proving that my wife is working and i am unemployed and now she is filing the child custody case girl child is only 3 years of age.

now if i prove there that i'm more earning than her i have to pay more maintenance to her what should

i do??

i ll have to go through the order of maintenance in your favour and also need to know the details of her earnings. is the custody of daughter with mother or with you?
