Declaring MN Divorce Order Null and Void by Family Court, India
My wife filed for a divorce in the United States in the state of Minnesota. She has been granted divorce.
I have been in India close to 9 months now.
The filing of divorce and grant of divorce happened in the US while I was in India
Can I get the Divorce void and null in India?

you can file but need to see teh court order and require other details

It will depend on where are you located now, and where was tyhe marriage solemnized and whether it was registered???

No. You may file petition in the concerned court of US

see let make one thing clear you must have signed the divorce paper then and then only the divorce must have taken place isnt it?

Yes, you can, if (a) you are governed by the Hindu Marriage Act; (b) the marriage was solemnized in India; (c) and you continued to be an Indian citizen.
