Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have got a decree for divorcee but the judgement for 498/A against me is still awaited. Can I remarry or should I wait till the 498 A case gets over.

You can remarry again . 498 A has nothing to do with your remarriage.

you can remarry but do disclose this fact of pendency of a criminal case against you, to your future wife.
