getting a Decree u/s 9 of HM act, sir i want to know wht does it mean pls explain in simple language

It means that court has agreed with you that your spouse has withdrawn from your society without any plausible reason but the court still cant force your spouse to stay with you.It only gives you a another reason to get a Divorce .

it is a order given by the court to opposite party for resuming co habitation.
