I am Deepak, My father has passed away in August 2011, My father has a huf a/c, We are three bother and I am a elder one, now how can I get a legel authorised karta for my father's HUF a/c. now what i have to do?

in case the other coparceners accepts you as karta, it is fine otherwise the HUF may come to an end.

All three brothers can jointly address a letter to the Bank stating that you being the eldest is now Karta - and that shall permit you to sign the Bank account as Karta.
