on the basis of the photos you can file case for adultery but you should also have negatives of the same

There is no provision in law permitting you to do so. However, you are allowed to bring press in the court during hearing of your case.

You can ask for divorce from her, if she doesnt agree, you can get through court of law on ground of adulty. You will have to prove her adultry. If you have the negatives you will easily prove it.

It is not defamation if it is true. You should consider how the photos were obtained and where you will disseminate the information. Be careful of distributing that information. Better to have it brought up in the divorce case to prove your grounds for divorce.
