there is no differentiation between a defence personnel and a civilian in terms of divorce. however, a defence personnel may get exemption from appearing in the court. he may retain a lawyer for filing the petition.

The process for getting divorce is the same for a defence personal and a civil personal. You have to proceed as per the Law.
