Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am from dehradun and i am unmarried ,my elder brother got married before 4 and half year. after marriage his wife started fighting with my parents then my parents disowend thoem and tey started living separately somewhereelse,before one year my mother brought them home back,after 3-4 days only my mother passed away due to consumption of poison,but we dint file any complaint,now few days back my brother and his wife had some dispute over property,next day of dispute my brother's wife called her family at night time when my father and i were sleeping the attacked on both. of us somehow we escaped from the attack bt we got injured badly,we filed a case on my brother and his in laws on 25th october and after 2 days on 28th october they also filed a couer dowry and DV case in U.P. against my brother ,my father and me..but my brother and his wife are staying together on rent in dehradun only..please help what

should we do.

dear client....

Did you made an FIR in the local police station regarding the attack on you.Get the injusry copy from the Dr who treated you .. and request him to write the reason how you got the injury....

Do you have ur mothers postmartem report or any evidence which stats that she took poision...

collect all these evidence.....

Immediately file a criminal case against ur brothers wife and her family for attempt to murder for property....

once you file such case you can prove that dowary and DV case are just to tortur on you and ur father... collect the proof that ur brother and his wife are staying seprately in Deharadun on rented premises...

on the basis of complaint dated 25 october you can file a petition in high court for quashing and staying the dowry and DV cases.for petition in high court you can consult me on my mobile.
