denomination from all my assets
sir , due to suspicious activities of my wife I would like to denominate her from all my movable and immovable assets. besides i would like to know the process of delinking her from my bank accounts and postal saving certificates wherein i had invested on joint account basis.

Please contact with details and you can always execute a WILL and get it published in the local daily newspaper.

make a will in this regard and advertise in national daily newspaper.

By the way of a settlement and affidavit executed by wife religushing her right / share in your favour you can get joint account etc. in your sole name and can delink her.

Unless you provide more details, it may not be possible to advise you in this regard. However, prima facie, you may do so by withdrawing the nomination as far as movable assets are concerned. For immovable assets, you may need her consent.

you are entitled in law to change your nominee. contact the institutions concerned for filling up necessary forms.
