my husband is short tempered and very orthodoxial and ununderstanding.he creates fuss everyday at home and create a lot of mental agony.very demanding and dominating.not recognising that wife is also ahuman.he spoiled my job career with his short temperedness.he always wants me to sit in my four walled house.demanding dowry.i decided to change him by anymeans.i had a child.cant tolerate his torture.came to my home town and living with my parents.if he files a divorce case on grounds of desertion.how can i prove that his torture and harrassment made me to stay away from him......i dnt have any voice messages or anything..........i dont wanted to divorce him at anycost becoz of my kid and seeking change in him.but how can i justify that he is creating mental distress evryday?????life is like a hell.plz help me by giving suggestions..........as i dnt wanted to divorce at any cost...

The IF is too big in a prospective litigation. If you do not want divorce, you may continue visiting him occasionally, alongwith the child. And he creates any problem for you and commits any "cruelty", you make a written complaint to the local police. You are also entitled to
"shared accommodation" in his house and damages under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.
In the given situation, going back to your home may be considered.
