if desertion of husband happened just becoz of husbands torture mentally,and violent harrassment,but still wife doesnt wanted to divorce her husband,but husband wanted to divorce her...........after many years of her fight also.............what cud be the judgement given by court??wiil it agree for husbands divorce petition???

If the court reaches a conclusion that wife has treated the husband with cruelty, a decree of divorce may be passed.
