I am Dharmesh Shah, I want to ask you that if the house is on mother name and the mother is expried, than to whom the property will go. I am having 2 sisters 1 is married and 1 is divorce and my father is also alive

is there any will of your mother? If not the legal heirs of your mother will have a equal right.
